Many automotive parts (like alternators, starters, and calipers) have a "Core Deposit". You can return your old part (the core) to receive a refund of this deposit.
Defective items covered by a manufacturer's warranty can be exchanged. Labor costs and other expenses are not covered by the part warranty unless specifically stated.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, Clover Pay, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
